Effective Friday, Oct. 11, 2024 -- Due to the 1st Infantry Division's DONSA (4-day weekend), all ancillary services (lab, radiology, and pharmacy) at Farrelly Health Clinic will be consolidated at Irwin Army Community Hospital.

Virtual Queuing at IACH Pharmacy
Introducing Q-Anywhere, a virtual queuing system that lets you activate your prescription the moment you leave your healthcare provider's office at Irwin Army Community Hospital. How it works: 1. Text: Send text "get in line" to (855) 797-3905. 2. Get in line: Your place in line is secured, so you can go about your day. 3. Pick up: When your prescription is ready, go to Window 7 at the IACH pharmacy.

The Irwin Army Community Hospital lab is now offering the convenience of online appointment scheduling. Appointments scheduled online will be prioritized over walk-in patients, ensuring you spend less time waiting. To start scheduling your lab appointment, visit the Digital Appointment Portal, select Kansas for the Geographic Location, and Fort Riley for the installation.

IACH Optometry for All TRICARE Beneficiaries
Are you a TRICARE beneficiary in need of eye care? Look no further. The Optometry Clinic at Irwin Army Community Hospital is now accepting patients of all ages, including Active Duty, dependents, and retirees. Our experienced optometrists offer a wide range of eye care services from routine eye exams to treatment for various eye conditions. Whether you need glasses or specialized care, we're here to help. For Active Duty and retirees, TRICARE provides glasses at no cost. Dependents will receive a copy of their glasses prescription, which they can take to their preferred optical provider to purchase glasses at their own expense. Schedule your appointment today by calling (785) 240-7335 or 240-7721 and experience the quality eye care you deserve. The Optometry Clinic is located on the second floor of the hospital. Business hours are Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Q-Anywhere is available Monday - Friday, 5 a.m. - 3 p.m., for new prescriptions and renewals entered within the last 7 days. Requests will be ready after 10 a.m. the next business day. For prescriptions older than 7 days, you'll need to activate them in person at the pharmacy during business hours (8:30 a.m. - 4:15 p.m.). For refills, continue to use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal or the Audiocare number on your prescription bottle. For urgent needs, please come to the pharmacy and pull a ticket.

Now Offering Online Lab Scheduling
Irwin Army Community Hospital is pleased to announce the launch of its new online lab appointment scheduling system. As of Aug. 1, 2024, patients can conveniently book lab appointments through the Digital Appointment Portal. This pilot program aims to streamline the lab appointment process, reducing wait times for patients with scheduled appointments. While walk-in appointments will continue to be available, those with scheduled appointments will take priority.
