The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Multi-disciplinary Team (Multi-D)

The Multi-Disciplinary Team (Multi-D) provides sub specialty outpatient Behavioral Health services at Irwin Army Community Hospital. Multi-D services include routine outpatient BH services, neuropsychology, health psychology, forensic evaluations, and direct support to Warrior Transition Units as well as other special populations. They also support many outpatient clinical missions including education and outreach support.

The Multi-D Team provides outpatient behavioral healthcare to the 97th Military Police Battalion, MEDDAC, DENTAC, Warrior Transition Battalion, Division Headquarters Headquarters Battalion, DIVARTY, and active duty dependents.

Services provided by  the Multi-D Team include, but are not limited to: behavioral health evaluation and treatment for a wide range of disorders including anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder; psychotherapy; pharmacotherapy (medication management); telebehavioral health services; neuropsychological assessment for attention, memory, and other cognitive deficits; substance use evaluation and clinical care; bariatric surgery evaluations; suicide assessment and prevention; sleep hygiene; sanity board forensic evaluations; marital and
