The Department of Emergency Services at IACH provides level 3 Emergency Department and Emergency Ambulance Services to the Fort Riley community. The department serves approximately 31,000 patients and 1,300 ambulance responses annually.
Urgent Care (Not Currently Available at IACH)
Urgent Care services treat non-life-threatening health issues that require immediate attention, such as sprains, the flu, colds, and other common illnesses. If you’re unsure about whether you need urgent care, contact the Military Health System Nurse Advice Line to speak to a registered nurse. Active Duty Service Members require authorization to visit urgent care centers off post. To receive authorization, visit MHS Nurse Advice Line or call 1-800-TRICARE (874-2273).
