Patient Advocate/Representative
The Irwin Army Community Hospital team wants to make sure you receive the best care possible. If you have a compliment, suggestion or concern regarding your care, first speak with your treatment team. Your treatment team includes your doctor, nurse, social worker, dietitian, pharmacist, chaplain, therapist and other professionals associated with your medical care.
Patient advocates advise and help you with medical and dental benefit concerns within this facility.
If you feel your concerns are not being addressed by your treatment team, you may contact the Patient Advocate. Our mission is to ensure your concerns and suggestions are properly addressed and resolved.
TRICARE Benefits Advisors & Referral Management Office
You can visit with a benefits counselor located across the hospital chapel or call (785) 239-7968 or 240-7297 for assistance with TRICARE, network, referrals, debt collection or other matters related to your care.
Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE)
ICE is a web-based tool that collects your feedback on services at health clinics on Fort Riley.
