Customer Service/BCAC
The Irwin Army Community Hospital team wants to make sure you receive the best care possible. If you have a compliment, suggestion or concern regarding your care, first speak with your treatment team. Your treatment team includes your doctor, nurse, social worker, dietitian, pharmacist, chaplain, therapist and other professionals associated with your medical care.
If you feel your concerns are not being addressed by your treatment team, you may contact the Patient Advocate. Our mission is to ensure your concerns and suggestions are properly addressed and resolved.
Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinator (BCAC)
You can visit with a benefits counselor located across the hospital chapel or call (785) 239-7968 or 240-7297 for assistance with TRICARE, network, referrals, or other matters related to your care.
Joint Outpatient Experience Survey (JOES)
Inform a member of the team if we could have done anything better. You are empowered to provide feedback today. And you can support your hospital by returning a JOES survey. As a satisfied patient your JOES survey can provide financial incentives to improve your hospital here at Fort Riley.
Give your hospital high marks and return the survey. You will positively impact the services you and your family receive at Irwin Army Community Hospital and outlying clinics.
