How can we help you today?
Patient Advocate/Representative
The Irwin Army Community Hospital team wants to make sure you receive the best care possible. If you have a compliment, suggestion or concern regarding your care, first speak with your treatment team. Your treatment team includes your doctor, nurse, social worker, dietitian, pharmacist, chaplain, therapist and other professionals associated with your medical care.
Patient advocates advise and help you with medical and dental benefit concerns within this facility.
If you feel your concerns are not being addressed by your treatment team, you may contact the Patient Advocate. Our mission is to ensure your concerns and suggestions are properly addressed and resolved.
Patient & Family Partnership Council
The council consists of patient advisors and beneficiaries who work in collaboration to enhance the quality of care and patient experience. Thus, seeking valuable insight by talking and listening to our beneficiaries’ healthcare experiences with physicians, staff, and other patients. The patient and family roles are to provide feedback and share their voices to help to improve hospital and clinic policies, staff and clinician practices, programs, or facilities with the purpose of helping improve the overall patient experience.
