Irwin Army Community Hospital is open, and we continue to schedule appointments and procedures. We will do our best to minimize impact on our beneficiaries who need health care during the shutdown. The hospital's emergency room and inpatient services remain fully operational. No medical or dental appointments or procedures will be canceled. Visit the Fort Riley VTF: 226 Custer Ave | Fort Riley, KS 66442 | 785-239-3886, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. (closed 1200–1300 for lunch). Closed federal holidays and last business day of the month for inventory.

The VTF does not provide emergency or after-hours care. Local ER and urgent care clinics are available off-post.
