Irwin Army Community Hospital has launched a faster, more convenient way to activate your prescriptions—introducing the new web version of Q-Anywhere. This improved virtual queuing system allows you to activate your prescriptions as soon as you leave your provider’s office—without the wait.

Previously, our text-based Q-Anywhere system experienced brief delays in sending identity verification messages, causing a 30-second wait for some users before they could submit their information. The web version resolves this by enabling instant verification and quicker activation, helping you get on with your day faster.

Here’s how it works:
✅ Activate your prescription online right after your appointment.
✅ Get notified when your prescription is ready for pickup.
✅ Visit Window 7—no need to pull a ticket or wait in the lobby.
